The miner was saying how he had never seen a worker drunk on the job before while a worker mysteriously appeared being him and was totally drunk!!!

I realy enjoyed my 2008 classroom it couldn’t get any better I mean what could be better than having all your friends around and playing a good soccer match for fitness!!! This class this year this school was just the best but we cant always have wat we want, besides next year im gonna be a YEAR 7 the BIG KID!!!

Hey guys

I’m back from my mini trip to Black Point, we rented out a shack for a couple of days with my uncle and auntie. On Friday 21st we left with a fully packed car with hardly any room to get comfortable. Once we got to the shack we ran right to the back because we knew the beach was only 20 metres away from the front door. The whole day my cousin and I dug holes in the sand, made sand castles and went for walks until we went fishing. That night I caught 5 tommys and 1 garfish until it got way to windy and cold so we packed up and went home to the shack, by then it was 9:30pm so we went to bed.

On Saturday my dad drove my cousin and I to Port Giles jetty we didn’t catch anything though so that was pretty boring. We ended up playing on the beach and I got fully buried with sand from neck to toe, it felt weired like all my muscles was one heart pumping blood all over. boom boom. boom boom. That night we watched the movie “Agent Cody Banks 2″ while my brother played Phase 10 with my auntie.

On Sunday morning I woke up early thinking that my uncle and my dad hadn’t gone fishing on the boat but unfortunently I didn’t wake up early enough they were already on the water. Later on they rang up at 9:00am and told us to get ready to go fishing, they were going to pick us up from the beach, we did what they said. We went out far and threw out our fishing rods and straight away we were on the bite. There were so many that we could see them feeding on the berley. I ended up catching 15 tommys like my uncle. Too bad my dad didn’t fish he was too busy baiting up my rod. Later that day we played on the beach while the parents packed up. It was time to leave we locked the doors and headed home for the day!!!

In L.A.20 we decided to have our own logie awards but for our blogs and called it “The Blogies”. Our class had to nominate one person for each category the categories were the best blog, the best blog post, best commenter and the most improved blog. During our computer time we had to visit each others blogs and pick which person would fit best into a category later that day our teacher Mr. Wegner had read out the top 3 nominees for each category. Have you heard people talking about MSN and you dont have any idea what it is well ill explain a little bit to you. MSN stands for MicroSoft Network it is an online chat system it allows you to talk to friends and family. On MSN you type sentences in a chatbox to each other at times where you cant be botherd typing the full word we use slang words like:

lol - lough out loud

soz - sorry

nm - nothing much

hru - how are you

g2g - got to go

ppl - people

I enjoy using MSN to talk to my school mates and have a good conversation and one other way of explaining MSN is like sending E-mails to each other live!!!

Hey guys,

Guess what im getting a dog on the 24th for the first time in my life. The dog is 8 months old, female, its a golden retreiver cross labrador and its name is Bailey. It has a current owner already, the owner thinks he cant give the dog the attention it needs and wants to sell it.

I cant wait till we get the dog and having a pet for the first time in my life. Every one is telling me its the best thing to have a pet and having that responsabilty of looking after it!!!

What kind of things should I buy for Bailey?

Hey guys great to be back after having a little break on my blog. Well I got some great news to tell you about our schools Athletics Day. Athletics day is when we compete against other teams in different events such as high jump, tug-of-war, discus, shot put and alot more. The team colours are green, yellow, red and orange. My brother and I are in the yellow team.

The upper primary events for the day were discus, hurdles, high jump, 200m sprint, long jump and shot put.I had lots of fun with all of the events but I enjoyed the hurdles the most because I came 1st and didnt knock any over. The Winners for the 2008 athletics day was yellow team with green 2nd, orange 3rd and red coming last. It was great to see the yellow team win since they haven’t for a long time.

Im back from my school holidays and we have already started on our inquiry, Mr. Wegner has picked “What Does It Mean To Be Australian?” for this terms inquiry and now i’ll show you 10 unique aussie things for this weeks task.

1. West End Draught

West End Draught is a famous Australian beer company since 1859. An Australian afl team named Port Power is sponserd by West End Draught

2. Murray River

The Murray River or River Murray is Australias largest river at 2,575 kilometres in length it starts 13 kilometres before Wodonga in Victoria then runs out into Lake Alexandrinna. The Murray is Australias most well known river.

3. AFL

AFL stands for Australian Football League, AFL is an Australian game played with an oval shaped ball and field. 4. Coles Supermarkets

Coles is an Australian supermarket since 1914. Coles has with over 750 stores world wide, Coles like every other shop advertisers on T.V. and they are curently the second-largest market behind Woolworths supermarkets.

5. Holden

Holden is an Australian automaker and use to be just holden until they teamed up with the General Motors Corperation in 1931. In 1954 they had started exporting vehicles to Fiji, New Zealand and many more.

 6. Kangaroo

The kangaroo is our native animal, is on our 50c coin and is also on our coat of arms.

7. Sturt’s Desert Pea

The Sturt’s Desert Pea is the most well known wild plant in Australia because of its blood red leaf like flowers each leaf has a Deep black centre.

8. Ayers Rock

Ayers Rock is in the Northen Territory at Alice Springs. Ayres Rock is made out of sand and stone and is 348 metres high and measures 9.4 km in circumference.

9. Sydney Opera House

The Sydney Opera House is found in Sydney (New South Wales) made in 1973 it is one of the worlds greatest 20th centry building, very odd looking though.

10. FruChocs

FruChocs is a type of chocolate with apricot and peach centres coated in rich milk chocolate made and sold only in Australia since 1948. YUMMY!
